How does the weekly group membership billing work?

Our group membership is a convenient, rolling weekly direct debit. It entitles you to 3 sessions every billing cycle. To keep you consistent and accountable, credits do not roll over to the next week—it’s a "use-it-or-lose-it" system designed to get you training regularly!

What if I need to cancel my rolling membership?

We keep things simple and fair. We require just 7 days' written notice to cancel or pause your rolling membership, meaning you are never locked into a long-term contract you no longer want.
